toniiiiiiiiiiight i am making bavette with pistachio pesto & shrimp. i have made this recipe like at least a dozen times and it is easily the best pesto recipe, maybe even the best pasta recipe that exists. i use linguine or fettucine because i have never seen bavette in my life. and i don’t know why it says 3/4 lb. of almonds, it should say 3/4 cup. doy. someone come over and eat half.
